Usage:Intravenous (older than 2yr): 1.5-2.5mg/kg/day Every 8-12 hr.
Intramuscular (older than 2yr): 1.5-2.5mg/kg/day Every 4-6 hr. Intrathecal (older than 2yr): 5mg/day for 3-4 days, then 5mg once for 2 weeks Every 24 hr.
